In anthropology, a tribe is a human social group. Tribal people are often defined by living within a common place of a particular region. Exact definitions of what constitutes a tribe vary today, but for us, Tri.be means a group of people connected by the idea to becoming better versions of ourselves. To live healthier lives and to provide a sense of unity not based on gender nor race or land, but a sense of unity for a common good, for a collective consciousness higher than our egos.

We are a corporate oasis whose philosophy is deeply rooted in mind, body and spiritual wellness. We offer group classes and holistic and wellness services. We are located on the 3rd floor of 2425 Galleria building.

H.I.I.T

A high-intensity athletic training class taught by one of our personal trainers. HIIT delivers a dynamic experience that is intense, challenging, and energizing.

 

Pilates Mat

Leave no muscle over or under-worked in this pilates-inspired workout. With a deep emphasis on your abdominal, Mat will amp up your core, balance and posture. 

Barre

Build long, lean muscle in a no-impact, yet intense workout. Barre sculpts your whole body targeting muscle groups from all angles.

Yoga

Prepare to transform in body and mind. Linking breath with movement, Tri.Be’s Yoga program focuses on proper alignment, modifications, and the cleansing nature of the postures and practice.

Yoga Burn
