Exact definitions of what constitutes a tribe vary today, but for us, Tri.be means a group of people connected by the idea to becoming better versions of ourselves. To live healthier lives and to provide a sense of unity not based on gender nor race or land, but a sense of unity for a common good, for a collective consciousness higher than our egos.
We are a corporate oasis whose philosophy is deeply rooted in mind, body and spiritual wellness. We offer group classes and holistic and wellness services. We are located on the 3rd floor of 2425 Galleria building.
