Muay Thai, Yoga, Buti Yoga and other amazing full body work outs. Each class is priced individually.

"Muay Thai Grind" 
A 3 part full body circuit of Muay Thai movement based calisthenics. Muay Thai Grind will take you through a HIIT style workout that cycles through lower, upper, and core focused groups of bodyweight exercises that will test your mind, body, and spirit. Designed and lead by life long athlete, fitness, and Muay Thai professional Gregory Sanzo, this 1 hour class will help anyone improve their strength, mobility and dexterity.


45 minutes of high intensity intervals curated into a circuit with weights, kettlebells, bosu balls and other unconventional training tools. Utilizing controlled resistance, balance based environments, and explosive movements, the participants will rotate through time based stations and finish each round with a friendly, yet competitive isometric hold. Designed for motivated and driven small groups, Sanzo will lead you through a maze of challenging yet fulfilling exercises designed for all fitness levels.

‘Buti Yoga’

in Indian Marathi, means "the cure to something hidden or kept secret." This practice is a high-intensity fusion of vinyasa yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics. Classes combine cardio, strength training and flexibility in one seamless format, aligning the chakras and releasing the trauma that lives in our bodies. .
